5 DAYS BEFORE
You'll submit your provided questionnaire along with your design to do list. This is also the point where you will provide us with any copy, graphics, images, or necessary information. We will look over everything, create a plan of action and follow up with any questions if necessary.
2 DAYS BEFORE
You will receive our Design Day schedule so you know exactly when to expect things from us and when we will expect feedback from you. We'll follow that up with a strategy virtual call if necessary.
On your VIP day you are our main priority! We will be in touch throughout the day to get your feedback on progress and make sure we're always headed in the right direction. By the end of the day,... Your design work is done with no stress, no hassle, no long timelines.

THE DAY AFTER
The following day you get all of your final files, neatly packaged, ready to go. We will also provide two weeks of complimentary email support to answer any questions and ensure your success moving forward.
